⦁ Medical Social Workers –
The central role of a Medical Social Worker is to advocate for patients and families to resolve a crisis. They will assist you with counseling, crisis intervention, long-term planning, and community support/resources.

⦁ Physical Therapy – 
Our Physical Therapists are dedicated to restoring patients’ function, alleviating pain, and preventing disabilities by providing at-home therapeutic exercises with an emphasis on regaining strength and mobility. They offer DME evaluation, Safety Evaluation, and Therapeutic Exercises (total hip/knee balance) and will determine your physical therapy treatment plan.

⦁ Occupational Therapy –
The focus of our Occupational Therapist is on ADL Training, Functional Exercises, Cognitive Evaluation, and the use of assistive devices to perform a variety of activities at home. Their concern is to help patients develop, recover, and improve in regard to a condition or injury, as well as maintain the skills needed to execute daily activities.

⦁ Speech Therapy –
Speech Therapy is the science that deals with the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of all speech, voice, language, and communication disorders. These may be caused by neurological impairments such as dysphagia, aphasia, which also include cognitive exercises for speech expressive disorders; and degenerative conditions, including stroke, head injury, Parkinson’s disease, and dementia. The therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and educate patients and their families on all available therapies of treatment.
